Dear Gentle people of Boston Chowda
I had to write to you and thank you and your family for the absolutely best chowder I ever had in New York. I grew up on the cape and in New Bedford, Mass, and have yet to find anything that compares, that was until I tasted yours. I've been a restaurant owner, and master chef, so I know what I'm talking about. Your soup brings me back home.
I just finished the last container I had in my freezer. I get it from a wonderful butcher named Ed Candreva (Marina Meats) on Fire Island. They stock the She Crab and Clam Chowda, and one other I think Rockport Lobster. We love them all, but can't seem to find them here in Manhattan.
I just noticed you sell to Gourmet Garage, so my first chore in the morning is to walk over to them and buy some more. Keep making soup!
My most grateful and humble compliments Michael Safdiah
Hello at Boston Chowda
I've eaten a lot of clam chowder over the years and I must tell you that your New England Clam Chowda is the absolute best pre-packaged clam chowder I've ever eaten. It's wonderful. Our daughter brought some for me from Virginia, where she purchased it at a Harris Teeter store. This was the first time I've had it and I see on your web-site that your products are carried by Giant Supermarkets, so I shall be looking for them the next time I am there. Thank you for your fine product.

Just bought the frozen chowder for my family and it was fantastic...best I ever tasted from something purchased in a grocery store!!!! I would love to try the Seafood Chowda - my store did not have that one (Geissler's Somers CT).
Thanks for some great soup!! Kyle Talbot
To Whom It May Concern:
Just a quick note of appreciation for your outstanding product. My wife loves the Clam Chowda while I am partial to the Lobster Bisque and the Shrimp and Corn Bisque. So far that is what is available to us here in Columbus, OH.
The products are easy to prepare and very delicious. Keep up the great work.
Sincerely, Keith & Nancy Pratt
I wanted to inform your company about our surprise in finding your clam chowder this past year in Greensboro NC at our food market. We moved here in 2001 for a company I worked for in Concord NH and love it here except for one thing. We miss our New England seafood. So it was a pleasant surprise to find your clam chowder at out local supermarket. My wife is very picky and so it was a surpise when she informed me how good it was. I now pick up 4 or 6 servings just so she has it on hand. She is very ill and cannot travel back home so this is something to make her think of home.
When meeting others who have moved here from New England I inform them of your products.
Thank You for a very good product. Arnold Dow
My sister-in-law, who lives in Brunswick Georgia, has been raving about your lobster bisque and I would love to try some. She is such a wonderful cook, cookbook co-author and stickler for the best ingredients that I know your products must be something very special. Even though she was able to buy the bisque at a Harris Teeter store on St. Simons Island, there are no Georgia stores listed on your web site as carrying your products. Do you happen to have any Georgia plans in the future? Or do you ship here? I can't wait to try Boston Chowda - even if I have to drive to another state!
Thank you Nancy Bramblett, Alpharetta, Georgia
We purchased your Rockport Lobster Bisque at the Shaw's Market in South Portland, Maine. Your bisque is excellent and we truly enjoyed every spoonful.

Dear Boston Chowda,
I wasn't sure who I should send this to and you sounded like the best option. I just tried your Lobster Bisque for the first time. I'm not a huge fan of bisque because to me it is generally fairly flavorless and mostly just tastes like flour. My husband loves bisque though, which is why I bought your product. I have to tell you that your bisque is one of the best soups I have ever tasted! I was hard for me to leave any of it for my husband, lol. Your bisque is so full of flavor and has so much lobster in it, it tastes nothing like any bisque I've ever eaten before! I can't wait to try the clam chowder, which is my favorite type of soup. Keep up the good work and thank you for making such a delicious food in a world where most frozen or canned foods all taste exactly the same.
Your new customer for life, Shannon Ebbitt, New Kensington, PA

I loooooove the chicken pot pies here. They are always very fresh and piping hot. The crust is just on top of the pie itself, but it's a big crispy buttery, yummy flaky crust that goes really well…
If you're in Boston and walking the freedom trail, take a break at Boston Chowda Co for the yummiest clam chowder you will ever taste. A close second would be Legal Seafood
Goldilocks would say other chowdas were too sweet or too brothy, but Boston Chowda Co was just right.

If you find yourself in Quincy Market and would like to try some pretty good lobster bisque, go to this place. The prices are really good and they serve it up all day. I ordered this bisque and a lobster roll (hoagie) and enjoyed it sticking my pinky out all the while. The hoagie was pretty good too, maybe just a tad too much mayo, but nothing to put me off. It was good. Actually, it was really good. I might even dare to say it was too good.
For the price there is no way that this is real lobster meat. And as I was eating this meal, I kept saying 'no way' just because the value is too good to be true. I didn't mind at all, though. Whatever the hell I crammed into my face was delicious and I am here to encourage you to do the same.

Our first trip to Boston and we enjoyed a lot of history, beauty and scenery...however the food at this place was unbelievably great! I had multiple small items to choose from a dinner entree and they were all great...
The first time we went, we had a lobster pot pie, BACON WRAPPED SCALLOPS!, and the clam chowda of course! Every time we go...the chowder is always a hit!
